Paige Lansky

Assistant Project Coordinator

Paige transitioned to PPBEP after her time with the National Wildlife Federation, where she focused on creating engagement strategies to raise awareness and support for coastal resilience efforts along the Florida Gulf Coast. She also led a program to encourage Florida local governments to adopt or improve sea-friendly lighting ordinances. Before that, Paige worked with the Habitat Restoration team at Tampa Bay Watch in St. Petersburg, Florida, coordinating community-driven programs to restore coastal wetland habitats.

Paige earned her B.S. in Zoology at Michigan State University and moved on to pursue an Environmental Science M.S. at Marshall University in West Virginia. Her professional journey has taken her across the East Coast, from bat and salamander monitoring in West Virginia to providing watershed education in North Carolina and guiding the development of a Living Shoreline Citizen Science Monitoring Program in the Tampa Bay region.

At PPBEP, Paige is excited to be working to develop and implement the newly planned Living Shoreline Cost-Share Program and Oyster Shell Recycling Program. Outside of work, Paige enjoys herping (looking for amphibians and reptiles), hiking, kayaking, camping, and stargazing. Paige can be reached at 850-595-2371, or click on one of the options below.
